
By purchasing a Sark Folk Festival pass you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be re-sold without the express permission of Sark Folk Festival.
Tickets cannot be used in any third party promotions or competitions without the express permission of Sark Folk Festival.
Management accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. Once it's in your possession it is your responsibility.
The organisers reserve the right to change the bill without prior notification.
I.D. is essential, the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
Admission to the festival is at the ticket holder's own risk. Neither the promoter, festival, or venue management will be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or properties sustained within the festival site.
Sark Folk Festival stewards are entitled to eject you from the festival site at anytime.
No bottles, glass, or cans, may be brought into the festival site. We have a strict no glass policy to which there are no exceptions - this is for the safety of all festival goers and the surrounding area.
Bringing alcohol on to the festival site is prohibited, only alcohol purchased from the festival bar may be consumed on site.
For the comfort of other festival goers dogs are not allowed on the festival site.
Fireworks, smoke canisters, tents, umbrellas and cooking equipment or similar items are not permitted within the festival site (other than those contracted to provide these services by Sark Folk Festival). Any person in possession of such may be refused entry & items will be confiscated.
No illegal substances or weapons may be taken into the festival site. Persons in possession of such items will be ejected.
Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming, photography, or recording of the event.
Entry to the festival site is strictly to named ticket holders only.
Refunds will not be issued in the event of cancellation due to transportation disruption.
